Today, we held our memorial event at **Al-Rashidiyah Park in Deir ez-Zor** under the title:
**"Souls That Never Fade: Commemorating the Missing and Forcibly Disappeared."**
The event was organized by the **Nakhla Foundation for Development and Care of Motherhood and Childhood**, under the patronage of the **National Transitional Justice Authority**, in coordination with the **Directorate of Social Affairs and Labour**, and in partnership with the **Caesar Families Association**, as an act of remembrance and tribute to our missing children.
During the event, we raised the photographs of **Dr. Rania Al-Abbasi’s children**, planted trees in their memory and in memory of all missing children—trees that symbolize their innocence and enduring presence—and lit candles so that their stories remain alive in our collective memory.
Hand in hand, we will never forget, nor will we ever give up the rights and memory of our children. Our foremost commitment remains the pursuit of justice for their souls and accountability for those responsible for their disappearance and suffering. 🖤🕊️

They disappeared… so we planted them in the earth as trees, and in the sky as light. 🕯️🌳
