Lanterns of hope light up the skies of Deir Ezzor…
Highlights from our joint event dedicated to orphaned children.
With great pride, Nakhla Foundation for the Development and Care of Motherhood and Childhood concluded its participation in the “Lanterns of Hope” event, held in fruitful collaboration with the Directorate of Culture in Deir Ezzor, at the Arab Cultural Center in the city.
We warmly welcomed around 57 children, who experienced a rich program full of knowledge and fun, including:
Opening: a warm welcome on stage followed by a Quran recitation.
Creative workshop: lantern-making activities showcasing children’s talents.
Mind challenge: brain and logic games to enhance thinking and focus.
Heritage storytelling: a Hakawati session that captivated young hearts.
Religious awareness: interactive religious quizzes.
Joy & memories: closing with the distribution of Ramadan schedules, rewards, and souvenir photos at a dedicated photo corner.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making this day a success.
